Pricing and payment

Pricing for all TruLandscape services is provided on a per-project or per-service basis following an on-site assessment. Final pricing is confirmed in a written service agreement before any work begins.

Payment terms are outlined in each individual service agreement. Unless otherwise specified:

• Residential projects may require a deposit prior to work commencing

• Commercial maintenance contracts are invoiced on the schedule specified in the service agreement

• Payment is due within 30 days of invoice unless otherwise agreed in writing

TruLandscape reserves the right to charge a late payment fee on overdue balances. Any disputes regarding invoices must be raised in writing within 30 days of the invoice date.

Service delivery

TruLandscape will make every reasonable effort to perform services on the agreed schedule. However, we reserve the right to reschedule service visits due to:

• Severe weather conditions that make outdoor work unsafe or impractical

• Equipment failure or supply chain delays beyond our control

• Acts of God or other circumstances outside our reasonable control

In such cases, we will notify you as soon as reasonably possible and reschedule the service at the earliest available opportunity.

Property access and conditions

By requesting our services, you confirm that you have the authority to authorize work on the property in question. You agree to provide reasonable access to the property on the agreed service date.

TruLandscape is not responsible for damage to underground utilities, irrigation lines, or other subsurface elements that were not disclosed prior to work commencing. It is your responsibility to mark or disclose the location of any underground systems before our crew begins work.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, TruLandscape shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or the provision of our services, including but not limited to loss of revenue, loss of data, or damage to property not directly caused by our negligence.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or related to our services shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
